I was very disappointed with the service from this company. I have loaned funds to over 60 properties and have never had so much trouble at the final settlement of the sale of a property. Not only was I not allowed to attend the settlement when many, many others attended, but this company was unwilling to deal with my IRA properly, unwilling to cut checks related to the rehab funds I provided and it took 3 days for the wire to be received. I hope I never have to work with them again and will recommend that others avoid this ... read more
