I was told how much my orthotics would cost and paid that amount. Then I was sent a 2nd bill for an additional $24. Even with an adjustment, i was still unsble to wear my orthotics. So I requested, in writing, the addtional invoice to be credited. No one contacted me, my letter was ignored, and I was sent another invoice.
The first prosthetic I needed, I research several companies. What I like the best, is that the staff are the best. They explain every step to you - not above or below you but to you. Highly recommend them!!
Great personal experience. Makes my 14 year old feel very comfortable every time we go. Adam is the best and I would recommend him to anyone.
The best prosthetist around without question. Ive been an amputee for over 20 years and Lee and his staff are the most caring, professional people in their field. Wouldnt dream of using anyone else. Keep up the awesome work!
