So far, we absolutely love Dr. Maxine Clark & Her staff. They have all been so kind, gentle & knowledgeable. Thank you guys for everything you're doing to help my baby get her confidence & self esteem 💟 Environment is clean, welcoming, relaxing & positive, with a tv screen that shows some beautiful scenery like islands & oceans. They give you or your child tools to help with their oral hygiene & even give incentives to keep up with their good oral hygiene, which I like. Definitely would recommend.
If you’ve got a pile of cash you’re dying to waste and want your teeth messed up so bad they hurt forever, this is your genius. Dr. Clark struts around like she invented braces or something, but I’ve seen IKEA shelves put together with more precision. She talks a big game about being all “inclusive and professional,” but it’s mostly just ego and constant upselling. End result? A jacked-up smile and a bill so straight it could walk a runway. Good luck with that.
I found the orthodontic service to be disappointingly overpriced relative to the quality of treatment received. Unfortunately, it felt like the orthodontist prioritized financial gain over patient care, demonstrating minimal attentiveness to my concerns and communication. After payment was made, the level of care noticeably declined, leaving me feeling undervalued as a patient.
