They were great when they were still in business. They have been closed down for months and they still have their website up. The answering machine tells you to call another number to set up appts, and the number they give is for Progressive Radiology in Columbia, which DOES NOT HAVE AN OPEN MRI. They need to get it together and remove it.

I had an appointment for today and arrived to find the door locked. I was told by the person who answers the appointment line that they've gone out of business and that they chose not to alert any of the people who have scheduled appointments.

all around horrible customer service, horrible customer relations, from rep all the way to ownership, I didn't quite understand the process, I was able to be properly helped and walked through the process in a patient and respectful manner with another facility. So no I didn't have to call my attorney, I just needed a facility that was actually in it to help me out, rather then tell me "pay out of pocket" . My husband went here just yesterday after a terrible experience at another MRI place The staff was wonderful they took their time and explained everything they were going to do. Also asked about history of family members and they let family member go in with you As far as we our concerned we couldn't have been treated any nicer and respectful We both highly recommend this place Thank you again for making our experience very relaxing
