I don't understand why I can't get a call back from this office. Doctor recommended iron infusion for anemia. Sent me home to wait for insurance approval. I called the office weekly for a month to check on the approval status. Every time they took my number down and told me someone would call me back. No one ever did. I can't even get a call from Dr. Juneja about my bloodwork results (TWICE). They are making me set up a telehealth appointment for a week and a half from now, just to get my results!!
I enjoyed my visit with the staff and my doctor. They were and have always been friendly and on time for my visits. I always leave the office feeling uplifted and happy.
Dr. Khalif Ali a very caring and patient Hematologist/Oncologist. I appreciate that he has conversations with you about options to treat you. His office staff and technicians are professional and provide excellent service.
The office staff, medical staff and physician at the office are all skillful, kind & caring. Appointment are processed on time. The center is run very efficiently as I am moved from check in to vital checking, to phlebotomy, to lab analysis, to physical, to infusion treatment, & to check out.
Excellent nurse in charge of infusions. Usually finds my vein the first time and is always pleasant
