The last time I saw Dr. Ali I was very satisfied with his care. He is very patient. He took his time to explain everything to me.
I have been trying to get an appointment here, every time I call I keep being told I will have someone call me back. This is unacceptable. I am newly diagnosed with CML leukemia, John Hopkins literally rejected to take my case because of “insurance” and now this place refuses to answer the phone or connect me with someone to set up an appointment
Excellent service from staff to provider.
I don't understand why I can't get a call back from this office. Doctor recommended iron infusion for anemia. Sent me home to wait for insurance approval. I called the office weekly for a month to check on the approval status. Every time they took my number down and told me someone would call me back. No one ever did. I can't even get a call from Dr. Juneja about my bloodwork results (TWICE). They are making me set up a telehealth appointment for a week and a half from now, just to get my results!!
I enjoyed my visit with the staff and my doctor. They were and have always been friendly and on time for my visits. I always leave the office feeling uplifted and happy.
