The cross eyed nurse with gigantic plastic fingernails, dressed in all black seemed bored out of her mind during her shift. She doesn't belong to the infusion team, yet kept chiming in to interrupt them with personal talk about a dozen times. She didn't spare the poor male coordinator with her blah, at one point dragged her front office bff with her to the infusion area to talk more smack with Sabrina, one of the infusion nurses (a real one), who was working tirelessly and shook her off. I don't know what is going on with workforce nowadays. Seems hard to get capable staff. But here, admins, front desk staff, and even nurses are extremely incapable in handling the most basic tasks, and on top, lack customer care competency.
While cancer has been the toughest fight of my life, Dr. Hendricks and the staff at Maryland Oncology Hematology - Bethesda have been PHENOMENAL. I will deeply miss Dr. Hendricks as she's retiring, but I'm so immensely grateful for the care and research-driven recommendations she's provided as well as the responsiveness of the staff. The nurses are the best on the planet, and I couldn't recommend this practice enough. Five stars and beyond.
Dr. Wallmark has a wonderful, approachable manner and truly listens, which made the appointment feel comfortable and unrushed. The staff was equally kind and friendly. Highly recommend.
Wonderful staff, friendly and efficient. Lots of green tea to sip on while you wait. Dr. Hendricks exceeded my expectations. I had done hours of research and spoken to physician friends and physician family members. (Accustomed to digesting complex data with little time as retired litigator.) Her advice was all I’d hoped for and I feel very safe in her care..
