Wonderful staff, friendly and efficient. Lots of green tea to sip on while you wait. Dr. Hendricks exceeded my expectations. I had done hours of research and spoken to physician friends and physician family members. (Accustomed to digesting complex data with little time as retired litigator.) Her advice was all I’d hoped for and I feel very safe in her care..
I have tried to get a response, a pulse, someone on the phone. NOTHING. ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Impossible to pick prescriptions however very respectable and professional staff
The billing at this facility is extremely tricky. I would avoid if you can.
There is a cross eyed black woman who works here named Erika. She has horrific bedside manner, violates HIPAA by talking about patients in front of other patients, and insults and yells at patients. She needs to be fired ASAP as she doesn't know how to do her job. I can't believe they even hired her here. MD Oncology has gone downhill because of this terrible staff selection.
