Outstanding doctor, Dr. Mark, G Goldstein. I have never had a doctor in my adult life, but was able to help me as much as Dr. Goldstein was. He was very efficient and thorough and pinpointed all my issues and was even willing to help me find appointments with the providers. He recommended in addition to that his personal assistant Jennifer Flores was outstanding who went out of her way to help write Patient Assistance help to manufacturers of drugs that I could not afford through my insurance highly recommend this practice y... read more

I've been seeing doctors here for the past year. Despite the initial delay in new patient appointment setup, most experiences have been great. The executive assistance of the Doctors are also quite capable. However, today when I called to inquire about my upcoming appointment that I booked 3 months ago in the office, the receptionist told me in very cold voice that I don't have any booked. Why would I ever put any appointment with detailed time and location down in my packed calendar if I haven't already arranged one?! Howev... read more

The cross eyed nurse with gigantic plastic fingernails, dressed in all black seemed bored out of her mind during her shift. She doesn't belong to the infusion team, yet kept chiming in to interrupt them with personal talk about a dozen times. She didn't spare the poor male coordinator with her blah, at one point dragged her front office bff with her to the infusion area to talk more smack with Sabrina, one of the infusion nurses (a real one), who was working tirelessly and shook her off. I don't know what is going on with workforce nowadays. Seems hard to get capable staff. But here, admins, front desk staff, and even nurses are extremely incapable in handling the most basic tasks, and on top, lack customer care competency.

While cancer has been the toughest fight of my life, Dr. Hendricks and the staff at Maryland Oncology Hematology - Bethesda have been PHENOMENAL. I will deeply miss Dr. Hendricks as she's retiring, but I'm so immensely grateful for the care and research-driven recommendations she's provided as well as the responsiveness of the staff. The nurses are the best on the planet, and I couldn't recommend this practice enough. Five stars and beyond.
