The provider is amazing. She's extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Takes personal interest and shows genuine concern about your care. However, the assistant, Cristina, is not the greatest. I was due to have surgery and needed clearance sent to the surgeon's office. Its been over a week, and Cristina still has not sent the clearance. If it does not reach my surgeon's office by a certain date, they will reschedule my surgery. This is the only thing pending to be done for my surgery. Dr. Sinha is excellent and her bedside manner is 10/10. My only issue is when I call and leave messages, they never call me back. It's very frustrating when you're not feeling well and you can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment.
I’ve been trying to make a new patient appointment for the past WEEK calling 8times a day, leaving voicemails, filling out their online form and still no communication back. Poor service.
The doctors and the nurses are very professionals but the scheduler’s are very rude, unprofessional, one person in particular took it very personal and the worst part is that she’ll look at your face and said am not rude! It’s already traumatic knowing that you have cancer, you need to be strong mentally and emotionally the last thing you want is to deal with drama….
I had an appointment scheduled at 12 PM with Dr. Syed Mahmood. I received a call beforehand asking me to come an hour earlier because Dr. Syed Mahmood had some personal matters to attend to. I was understanding and arrived an hour early. When I got to the front desk, they told me that Dr. Syed Mahmood had already left. No one apologized or even expressed any regret about the situation.
