I tried reaching out to this office for over a week to schedule an appointment for an iron infusion…left a message, registered online and still nothing. Very frustrating
I tried reaching this office for 3 days, no one ever answers any of the departments/ extension to obtain information.
I've been trying to get in contact with them for over a week just to make an appointment, multiple message, filled out the online form to "expedite the process" and nothing. I ended up making an appointment with another office.
I met Dr. Danubia Hester in Charles Regional as a patient. She had me put on Levonox injections once a day in the hospital. Prior to discharge she told me to contact her within 7 days of my discharge. I’m on day 8 with instructions to that 2 painful injections to dissolve a blood clot and I have called the office 3 times, filled out 2 online appointment forms, had my primary care physician contact a rep from the place who said they would investigate and have someone call,.
