Pa Kristen is absolutely lovely. She made me very comfortable and she listened to all my issues and concerns. I am very happy with my visit today
(I was flip flopping between 2 and 3 stars) I was referred here by my PCP because of ongoing anemia. The doctors ruled out several things that could be causing it but I don't feel like I got a real answer for what IS the cause. On top of that, trying to get them on the phone is IMPOSSIBLE. They scheduled me for an iron transfusion and I didn't know about it until I got a "reminder" text. I called SEVENTEEN TIMES and left three messages before someone picked up.
Disgusted. My husband comes here once month to treat his MS, for the past 3 years now. Today, he was transferred to some back room closet in the middle of his infusion. He has no idea why, until the manager of the facility comes in to inform him someone else receiving treatment has accused of him of recording them, and then asks if he is in a hostile manner. Why someone would accuse him of recording when he was clearly watching videos to pass time during his treatment is beyond us, but what was most shocking was the nurses a... read more
