Just called to ask some questions about my scheduled appointment that is tomorrow and had the rudest most unprofessional girl named Tiffany get on the phone. I was told to talk to her and ask some questions because the regular operator did not do this daily to know answers (kyle). Efficient and quick, even though the office was crowded and parking was a challenge. The staff was very pleasant and professional. My biggest issue is with the billing department, which repeatedly billed me even though I had paid online. They now owe me a credit that they have been unable to process despite multiple calls. UPDATE: The issue was resolved and my account credited, after nearly a year.

Edit: I submitted a grievance through my insurance company and they were able to confirm I had paid it. I have no issues with the staff, the doctors are great, and the nurses and infusion folks are great. My only issue is with the billing department, which I know is a third-party. They are by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. I will be issuing a grievance against them through my insurance company at this rate

Dr. Taksey and his team were amazing with my dad’s cancer treatment over the past several years. Highly recommend this office.

If you’re WHITE this is the best place for you. Everybody else, I highly recommend finding alternative locations. I’m glad I got to see this at my consultation and knew not to come back. Looking for other options.
