I have been working for Maryland Nursing Care,LLC now going 2yrs 5months,as an Independent contractor caregiver!What I appreciate about ms.Lola is she knows best how to sync the Client & Caregiver by matching them according to the client’s needs & caregiver’s level of experience.She is always checking in with the clients,getting feedback from the family and also looking for the wellbeing of the caregivers too.She is compassionate, kind & diligent making MNC a great company to be a part of.
We were very fortunate to come across Maryland Nursing Care. My wife had a stroke and as her at home care giver, I needed some extra daytime help. Their contact person is Lola, she came to the house several time and we talked on the phone to make sure just what we needed. In comes Abigail during the day. She can do it all. Such a nice person and great to be around. We could not be happier with our choice of Maryland Nursing Care.
Our experience with Maryland Nursing Care has been nothing but positive. The care coordinator, Lola, worked with us to find the most wonderful caregiver I could ask for for my husband who has dementia. . The caregiver is competent, caring, pleasant, reliable, kind and goes above and beyond what is required. I highly recommend this company.
