Joseph was awesome through the whole process. Very friendly and knowledgeable
Maryland Motor Workz went above and beyond for our family of 6. We were headed home, back to Indiana from Maryland, when our the coolant line on our van blew at 4:40 pm on a Thursday evening. We called, explained our situation and a technician, Joseph, met us at a local gas station to assess our problem and have come up with a plan to get us back on the road. First experience was great. Very fast oil change and I'm happy to find a local independent shop for my BMW. And, the military discount was greatly appreciated.
These guys are knowledgeable, competent, communicative, honest, and professional. I drove out some ways to go to their shop and am glad I did so.
