They do great work but the communication is lacking. I received the wrong item twice although they were great with getting it corrected. I paid for the digitization of my artwork but when I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere, they would not release the files to me or respond to me about it.

I dropped off 5 fish flags mid August for stitching of tournaments that my daughter, neighbor kid, wife and neighbors wife won this summer in OC. I the Dropped off another flag mid September. It is now November 14th and I have 0 flags back. When I call they keep telling me that they are sorry and will get to them ASAP. On Friday 11 November I talked to a lady that promised they would be done on Monday and I could pick them up. She said the owner was coming in to do them himself.
