They do great work but the communication is lacking. I received the wrong item twice although they were great with getting it corrected. I paid for the digitization of my artwork but when I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere, they would not release the files to me or respond to me about it.

Jessie and Steve at MARYLAND MONOGRAM are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! They worked their magic to make these incredible bat bags for our girls fastpitch team!! The kids and parents LOVE THEM!!! Super cool stuff!! Thank you guys sooo much!!!

I dropped off 5 fish flags mid August for stitching of tournaments that my daughter, neighbor kid, wife and neighbors wife won this summer in OC. I the Dropped off another flag mid September. It is now November 14th and I have 0 flags back. When I call they keep telling me that they are sorry and will get to them ASAP. On Friday 11 November I talked to a lady that promised they would be done on Monday and I could pick them up. She said the owner was coming in to do them himself. I can't thank Maryland Monogram enough. The service they gave me today was above and beyond. My family and friends thank you so much for the embroidered Steelers flag for our loved ones funeral. You all came through for us in less than 3hrs. We appreciate your whole staff for the empathy and professionalism.
