I have been absolutely mind blown and have changed my outlook on mechanic shops. I had just lost my 20+ year relationship with the ONLY place I had taken my car to since I was 16 and before that my mother had a previous relationship with them- they were an important part in our lives and closed down leaving me stranded when my car quite literally drove the night before and stopped completely working. Drew is hands down one of the best mechanics out there. I don’t let many people work on my car, but Drew is now the only person I trust. He does excellent work and always tries to get you in and out as quickly as possible without cutting corners. No matter the job, he gets it done right. Most reliable and affordable mechanic in Baltimore hands down the best prices in the city. Highly recommend. Trust me I wouldn't lie on no google!

Andrew was unavailable to work on my vehicle as quickly as I needed it so he offered recommendations and made calls to see if any other companies could help. Definitely did not need to do that and went above and beyond even though he wasn't going to get my business. Great customer service.

I called a week before and explained my situation , the day come a week later and after confirming details they went ghost , wasted my time but luckily I found a way more reliable mechanic that actually taught me on top of showing up
