Dr. Balis is a wonderful Doctor. He is thorough, he listens and he is excellent at explaining and answering questions. I had an appointment yesterday. I arrived at exactly the time of my appointment. The front desk person took my insurance information and took my copayment. Then I waited for about 45 minutes. Another patient came in and the front desk person asked if she was me and told her she was late for her appointment.
