Like so many places now days, Maryland Medical First is understaffed and overworked. I have no doubt my doctor there has a lot more on her plate than I; however, I called and left messages 5 times over a period of 3 days pleading for the results of a sample I left there and which was back from the lab next day. I asked specifically if I could be told the results before the weekend so as not to wait an extra 2 days. I got no call back. Nice group of people , from the time you walk in until you leave , professional and personable.
So far, every issue and every appointment has been met with professional support and concern. I only had one issue, but the office manager was super awesome as well as the Registered Nurse Jisha. I was seeing a Doctor that has now left the practice, I will continue to stay with them though. I had the same doctor for over a decade after a major illness.
