Refuse to help me with a 27 year old conviction with expungement the staff could careless about anyone
They would not "staff my case" and kept telling me they wouldn't be able to assign a lawyer to my case without receiving discovery back from the plaintiff. the plaintiff already had a lawyer. i expressed how stressed out i was and how the stress was going to trigger a seizure. michele kept telling me to stay calm and to stay positive. 2 days before my court trial, she called me to say she needed me to come in to prep me for trial. i asked if she was able to staff my case. her answer was yes. i assumed that meant they were ab... read more
