Of course something that's meant to help people who are low income or aren't made of money is complete trash. I tried calling in because I'm being discriminated against by Maryland wellness being told because of a heart condition that's considered neurological I'm not allowed to get my medicine that I've been on for 2 years and only thing I ever got a hold of with these people here was the fact that the phone kept disconnecting and I had to be on hold for more than 10 minutes only for it to happen multiple times.
