They NEVER answer the phone!
When I first started coming here a year ago it was great. They had flexible appointment times and were responsive to phone calls. Josslyn used to be the specialist for laser and wraps and after she left their service went downhill. Currently, I have tried several times to book an appt for a full body wrap. They have shortened their business hours so you would have to take a day off from work to have an appointment here. A super convenient way to get back into clothes that fit too snug or not at all. :) The appointment length is short enough to do on a lunch break or after work. You can literally be in and out in under 30 minutes most days. After each treatment I immediately noticed a difference in how my pants fit, they were more loose. That was a great feeling! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. First, they don't get answer the phone or return calls like they claim they will. Second, and most importantly, I had a Groupon deal and after the consultation on my first visit, I decided to add additional treatments. Shortly after starting treatment, I had a severe medical emergency which I am still currently recovering from. This prevents me from utilizing the rest of the treatments I had paid for.
