Great people here. Renting condo needs some work but water damage from previous renter. 1st floor and great team working here as well! 1st month here… will review more later

My particular landlord was great however and my unit was well kept, but the building in general is not in great shape. I was always finding roaches in common areas (although they were dead). I looked at buying but the HOA is very high and not worth the cost of the unit. The board who runs it is unresponsive and doesn't answer emails. They ignore renters completely.
