Beautiful hospital with well equipped staff. This mental hospital saved my family member and she left here way better than we brought her. If I could you guys a bazillion times I would.

My family and I were initially optimistic when my mother was admitted to this facility. Her case worker, Debbie, was very kind in the beginning and took the time to listen to our concerns. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. We were given a number to call with any issues, yet no one ever answers the phone. This center has only been open since ~2022. They have things to work out, but they did a good job; the medical staffing shortage nationwide has affected them.

My experience with this facility, having placed my mother in similar ones across Illinois 4 times previous in my life, was the best I have ever had. She was the calmest I have ever seen her while in treatment. The staff takes the time to talk to family and understand their patients history and things that family would see but not necessarily the patient who is suffering.
