Dr. Milner stays current with the cardio literature --- I have tested him on this several times, and he passes the test easily. But, what impresses me most about Mark is that he refuses to let a cardiac condition limit your life, or kill you, unless there is absolutely nothing that can be done. And in that case, he cries for every patient., that he could not have done more.
