My father called as my family needs to renew our health insurance for the year. We click on the Spanish queue and never are transferred to someone who speaks spanish. We get on the phone with someone who speaks English and ask for someone Spanish so my dad can better understand, he can speak English but it’s better for him to understand everything in his native language.
