This glass company has excellent processing, turnaround & quality. The only gripe I have is their so-called "Customer Service" rep, Lauren Rupkey. She's got to be the most ignorant individual we ever had the displesure of dealing with. NO REPLIES to anything EVER, even if you wish her well or thank her.. you get NOTHING back. Why she still has a job is beyond me. I'd fire her in a New York second.
Overnight parking possible across the street on that parking lot . Great staff. Ppl that work make it as accessible and workable as possible.
