Long time patient here so a bit frustrated as I have been trying to get copies of my medical records for the past month. Called several times and told to call back or my call would be returned. To date no phone call nor have I been able to get a copy of my medical record. I am truly surprised at this treatment. Are there any patients who received notification that Dr. Vereen was closing her practice? There is a notification process and opportunity is suppose to be given for patients to transfer their records or get copies.
