Everyone was efficient and pleasant. The Dr took the time to explain everything before he proceeded and even went over possible steps he would take in the future if needed. Great experience.
My mom - just shy of 99 - had been experiencing heavy nosebleeds over the last several weeks. Her PCP sent us to Sinai’s ER. Big mistake; a colossal waste of 3 hours and health insurance. They refused to call in an ENT specialist because the PA saw no evidence of a nose bleed. Seriously? I made an appointment with Maryland ENT Center. They got her in straightaway.
