Getting an ENT appointment is usually difficult, so the walk-in option was fantastic. I was seen within 30 minutes, and the provider completed a full workup (including a CT scan) with zero downtime or waiting. She thoroughly explained everything, leaving me completely confident in her diagnosis and treatment plan. I am already feeling much better and will definitely be back (and will send my wife and others here as well).
As a physician who practiced and taught medicine for over fifty years, I can say this was an outstanding, maybe the best first office visit I’ve ever had. Dr. Bianchi listened to me with rare interruptions to probe for details, then asked additional probing questions.
