I had two visits with Dr. Lieberman for a root canal. At both appointments he struck the nerve to my tongue while injecting novocaine. At the second appointment he hit the same nerve twice. I am now having permanent pain in my tongue. He also was apparently unaware that he was pulling my hair as I was reclined in the chair. After I said something and tried to hold my hair out of the way, he still managed to position his legs so the my hair was pulled.
While I would never say a root canal is fun, Dr. Lieberman goes the extra mile to ensure patient comfort and make the experience as painless as possible. He has done a total of 3 root canals for my wife and me and everything went perfectly. Also, he calls personally the next morning to check that everything is okay.
given epi when I told them I had a reaction to it...... They changed my dental card to say Epi was OK to use..... I could have gone into convulsions. My husband was horrified I would never go back to see him. Their ethics "stink"
Thank you Dr. Lieberman for giving me excellent care. You answered all of my questions and thoroughly examined my "30" and all other teeth. I am thankful for your help.
