Office staff very professional and prompt. Medical nurse very helpful regarding my medications. Dr Wu is a doctor that listens, very knowledgeable and explains in detail while giving you options for your treatment plan.
This review is four years overdue. Do not come here if you have skin of color. They treated me not once, not twice, but over four times with a laser that I later found out should never have been used on my skin. I trusted them blindly because a Black provider in DC referred me to their practice. I’ve gone through the years here and there for various things. The waiting area is nice, soft lighting and relaxing. None of those fluorescent anxiety producing lights.
Please let me express my gratitude to Dr. Wu. I had Vbeam lasers and Kenalog injections for my skin issues, and I’ve seen great improvements. Dr. Wu is very skillful in these procedures and answered all my questions with patience. It was a great treatment experience, and the staff are friendly as well. Highly recommended.
I would not consider this place at all. I’ve had a lot of facials Chemical Peel‘s micro needling. I’ve never been sent to a bathroom to remove the numbing cream myself, which is very hard to do if your numbed around your eyes after my last treatment, I was told oops I’ve I removed some of your eyelashes the next day. I have a blunt cut going across my eyelashes now I’ve incurred fees to see an aesthetician to try to get false eyelashes which mine are so short, they won’t hold false lashes.
