Dr Woo. Excellent and thorough.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced is with this office. My son has a lump on his leg just above his knee. My wife scheduled an appointment with this location to have a doctor look at this bump and remove it. When making the appointment my wife specifically asked if they see kids and the response was yes. The day of the appointment my son was seen by doctor Dr. Wu. ZERO STARS. Awful doesn’t begin to describe this practice. I called prior to setting up an appointment for a child and asked if they treated children and was told yes. We were scheduled to see Dr. Sean Wu. On the day of the appointment, we were seen by the doctor for maybe 5 minutes in which he stated that he did NOT treat children. Sent on our merry way and billed for the visit. I contested the charge and was bounced between their office billing department and compliance. This went on for weeks. Dr Halvorson is a knowledgeable and thorough Dermatologist. His diagnosis and treatment Were thoughtful and accurate. After a week My skin infection appears to be getting better. I am very pleased
