Phillip is EASILY the rudest man I’ve ever met. If you were looking for someone to make your home purchase as difficult as possible, he’s your man. He made a capital case about certain things, and never mentioned them in the appraisal report. So I did all that work for nothing. He’s very snobby. If you live in regular real estate, he will let you know that he’s used to “multi million dollar properties”. I was speaking to him and he looked at his watch and said “you know I have a 3 o’clock”. I didn't want to believe the recent reviews but this company is totally incompetent. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!! Didn't compare or value features correctly in my house or garage. Do your research if you want your house appraised correctly.
Totally incompetent, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Two completely different homes shown as comparable #1, described as log home, shown was vinyl sided rancher??
Completely incompetent appraisers!! DO NOT USE THESE UNEDUCATED AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE FOR ANY REAL ESTATE APPRAISALS!
