Nelson and his team were absolutely amazing! The entire process was so smooth and professional. I had a small town home deck and wanted to make it larger and enclose it. Nelson was able to work with my in designing it and doing all the needed paperwork with my HOA and the county permits. His team of worker were professional and the craftsmanship is stunning. It turned out to be everything I imagined and I am so happy that we went to Maryland Deck Builders. I highly recommend them for your outdoor deck and patio needs!
I recently had new deck railing installed by Maryland Deck Builders LLC and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Nelson was an absolute pleasure to work with — incredibly communicative, prompt, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole project stress-free. The finished railing looks fantastic and was completed on time.
Solomon and the crew were diligent and hard workers. I added a stairway and landing to an existing deck. Nelson worked with me to get the design right, and it came out even better than anticipated! The night lights in the risers were a nice addition.
Had a 20' x 20' patio installed. Took a couple days and turned out wonderful. Nelson and his team were great to work with. Highly recommended.
