My family needed to utilize this resource center and Kayla has been SO very helpful to make sure we navigate the judicial system. HOWEVER, a recent interaction with Rob Hendrix, staff attorney, has been less than stellar. NEVER wanted to have to leave a review like this but I am actually surprised he works there. As a true victim, I am a bit disheartened with his cavalier disposition and lack of intentionality. The MCVRC is set up to assist residents. Mr Hendrix does not reflect the mission outlined on the website. So sad.

Danielle Trollinger, We don’t know how lucky we were to have you to come into our lives when you did, but we are grateful for you being here for us in this, one of the most difficult times of our lives. You were easy to talk to and professional, listened to our questions and concerns and helped us through all the processes and procedures in our case. If I could give Miss Rachell Lloyd, 1000 stars for her help that she has given to me and my child for the discrimination and the treatment she has has gotten through her school. She has given me many resources to help me even with my own issues to help me focus with every day life situations she is a godsend, and I am blessed to have ever met her.

I had an exceptional experience working with James Thomas. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism and dedication. Mr. Thomas is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. He explained every aspect of the legal process of my ordeal in a way that was easy to understand and always kept me informed about the progress of my case.
