About a year and a half ago, they outsourced their billing, stopped submitting claims correctly, and refused to provide any assistance or even return phone calls or emails asking for help. She won't provide statements and believe that since she has a vendor for billing that she has zero responsibility for said vendor or that area of her practice. I am trying to recover nearly $2,000 that I've paid that would be covered by insurance had the claims not been processed erroneously and 6 months late. Stay away.
The mental health professional told me there was no diagnosis code appropriate for my insurance so I canceled the remaining appointments; then spent weeks insinuating I was attempting to get consultation for something I actually wasn't, then told me they could not see me anymore because I had canceled the appointments. Horrible customer service and clinical direction.
