After several unanswered inquiries by phone and online over a 2-month period, I’m left wondering how this practice manages to stay in business while ignoring prospective patients who need their help.
provider herself is definitely the best i’ve had regarding my sleep and migraine issues. really listens to you and tries to find you the best solution fit for you. however office staff has kept me waiting for medication i need daily for about 5 months now. when i call to ask, they either hang up on me, have me leave a voicemail they never follow up on, or tell me they’re working on sending in the request to insurance “right now”. but the week before they were also sending it in “right now”. and the many weeks and months befo... read more
I just want to thank Lois who works in the office for her patience, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in helping me to resolve a billing issue. Everyone at the office, including the providers and office staff, are friendly, accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here.
Wonderful! My 21 year old son was treated with so much care and support! He has suffered with migraines for years. Dr. Oh asked great questions, listened and explained how the therapy he is recommending will relieve and help the migraines. Excited to have my son try the therapy and grateful to have Dr. Oh as his provider!
My first visit and was wonderful, very please with the service. Dr.Reif took the time to listen, I don't feel rush at all,wich I love it, is hard to find doctors like this. He was so attentive and professional. The lady in the front desk was so nice and friendly and make you feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place !
