Can't get medication refilled. I called this morning, and was told the computer was down. Gave all of my information, and got no call back or prescription filled. Not the first time this has happened.
The visit was fine I have no complaints there. What I do have a complaint on is how I’ve made SIX calls to the office for my medication needing an authorization and it’s gotten nowhere… I was in the office a month ago.
After several unanswered inquiries by phone and online over a 2-month period, I’m left wondering how this practice manages to stay in business while ignoring prospective patients who need their help.
provider herself is definitely the best i’ve had regarding my sleep and migraine issues. really listens to you and tries to find you the best solution fit for you. however office staff has kept me waiting for medication i need daily for about 5 months now. when i call to ask, they either hang up on me, have me leave a voicemail they never follow up on, or tell me they’re working on sending in the request to insurance “right now”. but the week before they were also sending it in “right now”. and the many weeks and months befo... read more
I just want to thank Lois who works in the office for her patience, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in helping me to resolve a billing issue. Everyone at the office, including the providers and office staff, are friendly, accessible, knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here.
