Definitely not good, applied cancel since the end of the first month, they force me to paid four month for canceling me membership.
They have been charging my credit card since 2020 and we haven’t been there since. We went on a trial run which was 7 days and called them back and told them we are good we do not want to sign up for a membership. Well guess what? I just found out MAC owes us over $4,000, which we will get regardless of what they say. I noticed this is an ongoing theme for Mac downtown Baltimore.
Great facility, friendly patrons, and helpful staff. However, note that on weekends, the 4 PM closure might be a bit early for some.
28 January 2025: After escalating twice to Wellspring, someone very kind responded, apologized for the experience, and said they would stop trying to collect. Just had the most unfortunate experience this weekend trying to enjoy a free trial at the Maryland Atheletic Club. My partner was given a 7 day free trial thru his job for both of us. We came in on Saturday. Girl at the desk, photocopied our licenses and let us tour the gym on our own. I returned an hour later to try a class. The membership counselors and sales manager were there and said I should never been allowed to tour.
