The gym is great, but the trainers are exceptional. Sydney, Haley, Mario, & Jean Michele bring unmatched energy and encouragement. They’ve been instrumental in meeting my fitness goals 💪 Ashley is also extremely resourceful and delightful ☺️
These people do not have their act together. My brother is active duty Navy and I wanted to get him a gift for a temporary (4 month) membership while he was on temporary duty in Baltimore. It took over a month to get the membership set up in which I was continually passed around to different "managers" and each time it was if no one had communicated with each other. This place has been poorly run for years. Coppermine has not made enough of a difference. It is a really a low value fitness center.
i’ve belonged to the MAC for about 3 years and i used to love it. i used the pool almost every day and it was amazing, totally worth the prince of a membership. ever since it was bought by coppermine the place has been a shitshow. the pool is closed often for “maintenance issues” which i do not remember EVER happening before coppermine bought it and they give you no heads up until you are walking onto the pool deck (not in the app, not at the front desk, nothing.) the staff has become noticeably more rude, and there are almo... read more
