Archaic non progressive program based upon a penal outline of learning and run by many (not all) lazy power happy inflexible staff very protective of their employment. Website has inaccurate and detail lacking information. DO RESEARCH 1st Prior to going. Many residents have to be there for legal reasons.
Luxury compared to prison but horrific abuse of power if there voluntarily.
