I have been resident of Marycrest Hts. for a year and a half. I waited for that long for an apartment to become available. I am very happy to be living here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The residents and staff truly care for one another. There are many activities and opportunities available. I particularly like the gym and exercise classes, the library and the walking path around the complex to keep in touch with nature. I've been here 2 years. I've found that Marycrest is a very caring community. I'm in independent living but we also have the Manor and now The Estates and all 3 areas are kept clean and the grounds outside is very well maintained and beautiful. The wellness center is a wonderful place to keep your body and mind trim! Additionally, we have a beauty salon with a very capable hairstylist! The management team is very experienced and a joy to work with.
I love that my neighbors have become good friends. The staff is kind and helpful. There are activities to engage both mind and body. We are located close to shopping, restaurants and medical facilities.
Our entire experience with Marycrest has been AMAZING!! Would like to thank all the staff to making us feel very welcome and the excellent care that my Aunt received during her stay.
Staff is very attentive and pleasant to deal with. They provide many activities to keep the residents busy and the food is very good. The facility is undergoing quite a few renovations which is nice for the new tenants coming in. They seem to focus less on the older Newburgh manor side since construction has begun and the roof on the older side is in desperate need of repair.
