Had insurance work done through Maryborough Smash Repairs just prior to Christmas. The ladies in the office were great to deal with and kept me informed through the whole process. Was very happy with the work done. Would highly recommend.
Nonsense service. Shelly is rude. Terrible personality, terrible service. They’ve taken the car for 4 days, without having the parts. Booked in for over 6 weeks. In the shop. Stated. At bare minimum you should have made sure you have the parts before you got us in. Shelly has repeated the blame onto the freight operators. I asked to speak to the manager, Shelly has stated she owns it and stated she left a message at 11:30 to tell us it wouldn’t be ready.
