Arrived Sunday 8/6 11:30am no one in the waiting room after a HOUR LATER patients started to arrive after 2 hours I left (needed pain killers Not Panadol) and 1/2 full waiting room. I get it that urgent patients come first but after an hour and no called or anything. Had limited use of my left arm due to a fall. And in pain. I am aged person Will see my local doctor hopefully this week.

Worst hospital iv been to in my life don't waist your time going there, 26 minutes up to hervey bay hospital and you will get 5 star care there and be treated seriously and not turned away cause they don't have people to do the simples of job that are possible life threatening.

After a scary road traffic accident yesterday, the whole team here were amazing, luckily no lasting damage to anyone involved but cannot thank the whole team who looked after us enough! You guys are amazing! We were treated efficiently and everyone was as just genuinely so kind and wanted to help however they could. We even popped back to say hi and thanks again to the team
