Used Marcel for a pre purchase building and Pest Inspection on a 1970s brick home in Scarness. He was incredibly through and found some minor termite damage in the back deck that we hadn't noticed. His report was detailed with plenty of photos and he called us afterwards we walk through the findings. Great Service.

Marcel identified active termite activity that two other inspectors had missed on previous properties we'd looked at. His eye for detail is second to none. If you're buying a home in Queensland, don't skip this step — and make sure you book Marcel!

Marcel was fantastic to deal with when it came to putting together our asbestos register for our commercial property. He was thorough in his assessment, clearly identified all suspect materials, and produced a register that was fully compliant with Queensland regulations. Made a potentially stressful process very straightforward.

Straightforward, honest, and incredibly thorough. Marcel didn't just tick boxes — he genuinely explained what each issue meant for us as buyers and what it would likely cost to fix. That kind of transparency is rare and really appreciated. Highly recommend.

As a real estate agent in Hervey Bay I recommend Marcel to all my clients who need building and pest infections. He is always punctual, presents himself professionally, and his reports are consistently thorough and easy for buyers to understand. He's the most reliable inspector I've worked with in over ten years in the industry.
