Don't bother...Never showed up, even after he said he would come day after day. I wasted a week waiting and every time I called he said he would come in the afternoon but then wouldn't answer my calls and not show up. One day he used the excuse he showed up and no one was home even though my wife and I were home waiting. Then he stopped answering my calls. Very disappointing. I ended calling Stephen from Spec Ops Building & Consultancy.
Very satisfied with the fully comprehensive and intricate building inspection by report I received of the property I am buying. Marcel was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. Honest, reliable and incredibly thorough. Highly recommend.
