Had a confirmed defect appointment two weeks in advance via Donna and also verbally by Marcel on the phone. On the day of the inspection when were there with the builder, never shows up. We rang, he says yes I saw that one pop up today, but im not in the area today. Never communiced any change to the booking, never did the inspection, highly unprofessional, don't reccomend.
Severe damage to multiple structural stumps was missed during pre purchase building inspection. Report stated ‘satisfactory’ however was easy to see the damage if a proper inspection had actually occurred. Now the business owner is ignoring my emails DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
I felt confident after reading the report. Also a very excellent customer service and a very thorough inspection.
Marcel provided outstanding customer service and was very easy to deal with. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood the inspection results. Great experience from start to finish. ☺️
We booked a pre-purchase inspection and were very impressed with the service. Marcel was friendly, professional, and explained the findings in a clear and honest way. The report was detailed and helped us make a confident decision.
