Don't care what any one says Dr May is absolutely fantastic and the kindest most caring Doctor I've ever had the pleasure of having !! I've been using this Pratice since 1993 and never had an issue with a Doctor nor their Reception staff.. and as far as duty of care is concerned all patients are well informed of medications and their side effects including their potential to become addicted too, if you failed a loved one by letting them become addicted to a medication that's on you don't blame the doctor when it's you who sa... read more
Great doctors but very difficult admin
Called to make a booking, lady said “you haven’t been here in a while” I explained I had been overseas, she said that’s fine and booked me in anyways. Week or so later getting a call to say they are cancelling my appointment as I’m now considered a new patient, asked the lady why they booked me in in the first place and didn’t say this and she said they can’t see my last booking until later on even though the original lady seemed to have been able to access that information straight away My doctor Dr Rossi is a wonderful doc... read more
