Firstly: Misinformed about ability to claim rebate on Health Fund. Paid $1600.00 & not able to get a cent back - nor any empathy conveyed. I explained that I wasn’t happy as I’d paid in good faith, but the Psychologist was irritated & made a point of blaming me…even though I had double checked at Reception twice. People such as myself, are coming here obviously in some type of distress & not thinking clearly - so we want to trust we’re told the correct thing & not have to check up on it. Lovely very caring and do check up and see if everything is ok
Went office tried to book in and am a patient of Nigel's. The person on front desk said I need another referral I started having a panic attack so I ask to call me pls. She rang and I explained it will take me two weeks to c my g.p can I make a pre appointment so it won't take to long to c Nigel she said no need referral. Very difficult to reach. Constantly leaving messages and rarely getting a response. Very stressful to deal with which is unfortunate considering the sort of service they are supposed to be offering. I have heard great things about the psychologists that work here but unfortunately the reception is lacking customer service and care.
