Probably the worst mediator I have ever experienced. When you talk with other law firms and counselors and they share the same feedback, then it becomes a concern. Find someone who actually cares and has time. I would seriously caution anyone from securing services from Marybeth Samsel.
I would give zero stars if that were an option. My experience with Marybeth Samsel was extremely disappointing. Before any substantive work had begun, I raised what I believed to be a conflict of interest and requested that she recuse herself. She declined to do so and also refused to refund the retainer despite the fact that no meaningful services had yet been performed.
