Communication started great with thorough and informative emails and then she stopped responding… She stated in an email on Dec 15th that my case would be finalized by the end of the year, if not first week of January. I had not received any communication from her so I sent a follow up email on January 8th asking for an update on the current status and a week later, still no response.
