The PA was condescending by calling me Sweetie (I am 75) and telling me what was wrong with me instead of me telling her. When I answered a question, was told something, or told her something, most times she would look at my son for clarification instead of me. She and the nurse didn't listen when my son and I told them the correct pharmacy address and they sent it to an address not used in 4 years.
