My primary, who I have seen for 10 years, recently retired with the group and after my telehealth visit with Dr. Henin, I have changed my mind about seeking a primary with another practice.

I had a virtual appointment where there was significant issues with the doctor joining the call. I was waiting in the virtual conference room so long I eventually hung up and called the office. It would have been nice if someone would have called me to let me know they were having technical issues and the doctor would call me as soon as she could.
