It was time for my grandmother to get a new hearing aid so we called what used to be Bill Aber's office. Dr. Pladdys was very personable and patient. She explained all the options based on need and price-point. My grandmother walked out feeling like she made the right choice with her purchase and that is rare - hence me writing this review. Will recommend Dr. Pladdys to anyone looking to get a hearing test or in need of a hearing aid!
