She's competent and caring. She listens to the patient and understand the issues.
Staff and Dr.Payne were professional and kind. Dr. Payne listened and addressed all concerns. It is rare that I feel “heard” by a medical provider, she accomplished this with easy and warmth. Highly recommended!
