I’m not sure why her reviews are so terrible. I had read her other reviews and didn’t expect much, but I actually had a good experience with her and found she was very reasonable. I settled an old bill I had from a company she represents and I was satisfied with the outcome. I think she is blunt and to the point. Maybe she could be nicer, but she’s a lawyer, not a therapist. She just works on behalf of the company you originally owe, it’s not her fault the debt exists.
I am stunned at how unprofessional and rude this person is. I feel so bad for the secretary that was so nice and helped me. I am very disappointed in the company I was dealing with for using such a dysfunctional person. It must be a relative or something. I don't know what she's been through in life, but my Lord it shows. God help her.
