Dr. Farooq is super detail oriented!! Not only did she get to understand my health background, but once prescribing me the needed medicine - she spent time explaining how the medicine worked, benefits vs risks, expectations, tips on how to avoid side effects and more! I have never had a doctor spend that much effort and time explaining a prescription treatment, super impressed and makes me feel safely taken care of medically.
Had a telemed appointment. She was abrupt and rude. I asked if I could talk to her more since I paid for a 15 min call and go over my concerns so I could seek proper in person treatment. She was even more abrupt and rude. Would not recommend her.
