Just realized I gave one star without any explanation. There you go: I canceled my appt didn’t do any checkups and my insurance paid A Lot Of Checkups. ( sorry I thought I have left the review years ago. It is shady that’s why I still remembered what exactly happened. and for sure I paid the co-pay even though I had my appt canceled last min, that’s on me but charged for the service I never did is shady.)
I had originally gone to Dr. Yu for my annual check up in the same office as Dr. Arjomand. Dr. Yu was great but wasn’t immediately available when I got pregnant and I was scheduled with Dr. Arjomand. All I can say is I am not going back there again to that office until Dr. Yu is available. I stayed with her just coz I didn’t want to change doctors in the middle of my pregnancy. Very nasty experience with scheduling staff and overall doctor was not very personable. Felt like I was ushered through a trash chute of patients. Would not come back.
On time doctor, she will answered and explained everything. If I can give 10 stars I will for my experience with her. Happy with her service
Dr. Arjomand's service might cause you of thousands of dollars. We went to her for a regular prenatal check, and got multiple bills already. More surprisingly, we got a bill of over 3000 USD for baby delivery surgery. Guess what, the baby is not due until late next year! And we are billed with the surgery fee of thousands already.. Fortunately, after talking to health insurance company and their billing office, the surgery bill is removed. You just need to keep working with the billing team.
